Summary

The emphasis of Scott’s practice to date has centered on products liability claims in the field of environmental exposure litigation and mass torts.  He has also participated in the defense of operators of transmission and distribution pipelines.  Scott has written and argued numerous motions for summary judgment.

Scott has also developed experience in handling complex litigation issues involving insurance coverage, preemption, commercial disputes, and preliminary injunctions.
