Profile

Most of Jimmy’s trial experience stems from the representation of insurers of automobiles, trucks and premises.  He defended premises liability claims for environmental exposure.  His trial experience also includes obtaining verdicts in favor of insured drivers in intersectional collisions.

More recently, Jimmy has concentrated much of his practice on the defense of the operators of pipelines used for the transportation of natural gas and petroleum products.  In that regard, Jimmy regularly provides counsel to operators of transmission and distribution pipelines. He has worked extensively with experts in the investigation of pipeline failures and leaks.
