Profile

Mark represents many diverse clients, including transportation companies, automobile insurers, premises owners, product manufacturers and contractors.  He has broad experience in handling a variety of litigation matters including commercial litigation and construction.  Mark’s trial experience enables him to quickly and accurately evaluate cases and develop an appropriate strategy for the defense.  As a native of Shreveport, Mark regularly defends clients in north Louisiana as well as all areas of the State of Louisiana.

A substantial portion of Mark’s work includes analysis and defense of significant automobile and trucking injuries.  He has worked extensively with accident reconstruction and medical experts.  Mark also defends numerous uninsured motorist claims, including the pursuit of summary judgment on the validity of the policyholder’s rejection of such coverage.  He advises clients about the appropriate navigation through exposure to potential claims of bad faith and penalties.
