Profile

Edward regularly participates in the defense of insurers providing both personal lines and business coverages for Louisiana residents.  He also assists in the defense of an operator of a major fast food business.  He has taken numerous depositions of all types of witnesses.  Edward has written and argued successful motions for summary judgment and motions in limine.  He also has written numerous appellate briefs to the five circuit courts of appeal and the Louisiana Supreme Court which have helped the firm maintain summary judgments and trial victories obtained in the lower courts.
