George defends premises liability and hospitality interests against allegations of wrongdoing and handles the defense of auto/trucking accidents, product liability claims, construction defect claims, workers’ compensation and general insurance defense matters.  Informed by 15 years of experience, he has brought numerous cases to resolution applying careful analysis, evaluation and tailored litigation strategy.  He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by his peers.  

George also represents business and individuals to provide advice and to litigate in the areas of employment contract disputes, disability accommodation, and employment discrimination and retaliation.  He has experience handling the response to federal investigations of alleged wrongdoing under Title XII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and OSHA.
