Mark joined the firm’s Baton Rouge office in 2016 following a judicial clerkship in East Baton Rouge Parish. A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, he defends businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds in a wide range of litigation, including automobile/trucking/transportation accidents, premises liability, general liability, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. Mark brings experience in a wide variety of legal backgrounds to the firm. He has written various dispositive motions, has taken and defended numerous depositions and has had success mediating many cases.

Mark has also been first chair in jury and bench trials in state courts in south Louisiana. He also regularly practices in federal courts throughout the state. With his depth of experience in handling cases from inception through trial and appeal, Mark is positioned to guide clients from initial case evaluation and strategy to the resolution of cases. His strong research and writing skills facilitate focused and tailored legal representation through every phase of litigation.
