Founded in 1981
Joseph Maselli, Jr. and Andrew L. Plauché, Jr. founded Plauché Maselli with the foresight of staying ahead of the curve of the law and technology, while maintaining the importance of communication with integrity. As the firm’s lawyers gained extensive trial experience in defending insurance companies and their insureds against everything from transportation liability to products liability to environmental liability, the firm remained committed to its values of preparation and effective advocacy.
In 1997, Bruce Parkerson shared these commitments and foresight, joining the firm as a named partner and expanding the firm’s expertise in defense of fires, explosions and the natural gas pipeline industry. Today, in its fifth decade, the culture and foresight of Andy, Joe and Bruce permeate the legal counsel provided by all of the firm’s lawyers.
