We litigate employment-related commercial disputes concerning enforcement of non-solicitation, non-compete and confidentiality clauses.  We have defended state and federal discrimination and retaliation claims, frequently preparing successful position papers to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  We can also counsel you on employment practices regarding the formation of, or adherence to, policies such as handbook development.
