With expertise in trial, discovery and mediation, Bruce provides his clients with insightful, strategic representation and a sharp focus on successful resolution. He has tried more than 40 cases to verdict and handled hundreds more. He has represented a wide range of clients in many industries, which have included natural gas distribution, pipeline operators, trucking and transportation, manufacturers, building owners, hotels and other businesses.

The trials in which he has obtained defense verdicts include the defense of claims of injuries consisting of catastrophic burns and traumatic brain damage. Whatever the injury, Bruce quickly and accurately evaluates damages to communicate with clients to develop an informed and appropriate strategy for the defense.
