Retail and Hospitality
Defending business owners, management companies, franchising and lease agreements for Louisiana’s most valued industry

Our Experience in Retail and Hospitality
We defend hotels, casinos, restaurants and other entertainment venues. At the heart of our tourist industry in Louisiana, the retail and hospitality industry is a critical component to our state’s success. We work to unravel complex corporate structures in order to limit liability, protect brand recognition, support the integrity of each institution and the guest experience, while taking proactive steps to help avoid complaints and promote safety. We also assist in contract disputes common to this industry.
