Known for her strategic thinking and writing, Meredith is a thoughtful litigator who evaluates each case with a creative mindset. Meredith is experienced in all aspects and phases of litigation, including handling pre-suit matters, discovery, motion practice, and trial. She has successfully argued in front of several Louisiana state, appellate, and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit. She manages each case with an eye towards effective resolution for her clients, whether it be through motion practice, dispute resolution, or trial. Meredith has a diverse practice which includes defending national and local premises owners and retail establishments, construction companies, trucking, and manufacturers in product liability matters. She has been continually recognized by her peers in Louisiana as a “Rising Star” in civil defense litigation since 2019. Meredith is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
